You may want to know why luck and location are in the same chapter. We actually went back and forth on this, but there was a phrase that we kept returning to: ‘being in the right place at the right time’.

We have discussed Luck in this book already, but it’s worth coming back to look at it in the context of right place and right time. Timing is so incredibly important in startups, so the question is: Is there something we can do to increase our chances of getting the timing right?
